Customer Guarantee

We guarantee that we will supply the exact product as described in our online site. No item will be substituted without customer’s approval. We would like to assure our customers that placing an online order with us is safe and secure. However, since all sales are final, customers are requested to order very carefully and always contact ForyourfishInfo@aol.com for any questions or hesitations they may have.

Delivery Information
Unless mentioned otherwise, our usual delivery time is 3-12 working days. Customer will be notified of` any out-of-stock items.

Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. When having received a damaged package, please contact the carrier immediately and then notify us once the carrier has been contacted.

Defective Merchandise/Warranty Information
Keep all warranties and owner’s manuals you receive with the merchandise ordered. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the warranty information for proper procedures on returning the defective merchandise.

Shipping Limits

We ship anywhere in the world. However, online credit card orders are limited to USA customers only. All prices are in US funds only. Attention USA customers: please note that when placing an order you are required provide the exact billing address where you receive credit card statements. Orders shipping to an address other than the exact credit card billing address will not be accepted. Payment Options

We gladly accept personal checks (2 weeks holding time), certified checks, money orders, and major credit cards for mail order transactions. When ordering by mail, customers are requested to order online using the shopping cart and make a print out of the order confirmation screen (or confirmation email) and deduct 2% out of the merchandise total.
