The Turboflotor 1000 is a compact skimmer with integrated trickle filter for the under counter filter (sump) system. It consists of a venturi pump with needle wheel, that mixes air with water and pushes both into the reaction pipe (110 mm, 4,4 inches diameter). The design ensures an intensive mixing and a long retention time of the bubbles in the water, until the foam is pushed into the conical foam cup. From the reaction pipe, the water flows into the connected trickle filter. This is filled with Bactoballs for biological filtration. Rio 2100 Pump included. Suitable for tanks up to 250 gal.
